Greece’s – and Europe’s – grave is being dug by the lenders’ spades.
Now, more than ever, we need to put up resistance to these economic
killers who threaten us directly, to show solidarity to the other
European victims.

*Seisachtheia was a set of laws instituted by the Athenian lawmaker
Solon (c. 638 BC–558 BC) in order to rectify the widespread serfdom and
slaves that had run rampant in Athens by the 6th century BC, by debt
relief.
Now, 2,500 years later we are again enslaved by an unpayable
debt that threatens our lives and dignity and we need 1 million
signatures to have this old solution debated at the EU, for a new Europe
of Solidarity.
